Saturday STILL LIFE ~~

It's Saterday!!!! I took this pic...The pic is taken from at my dask.. full of yarn and working from Happy hooker SnB book "ONE-SKINE" Scarf. Looks the pic on the right, it's Lorna's Lace "Shepherd Sport" in Watercolor.

oh ya... Pink Yarn..I dont like a pink that much, but pic is really cool! Talking about the pink, I find out pink means "good Health"(Think the pig:Good luck) and "
hallucinations during intoxication"

Also fact about Pink:
  • In 1947, fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli introduced the color hot pink into western fashion. She dubbed the shade "Shocking Pink", though today the color is more associated as "magenta".
  • Since the color pink is said to have a tranquilizing effect, sport's teams sometime paint the locker room, to be used by their opposing teams, pink.
  • Some studies of the color pink suggest that male weightlifters seem to lose strength in pink rooms, while women weightlifters tend to become stronger around the color.
  • Pastries taste better when they come out of pink boxes or served on pink plates (it only works with sweets). Pink makes us crave sugar.
P.S. I will post my first knitted pair of sock Monday..See Ya

very interesting facts about pink. I don't like pink that much but people tell me that I look the best in. I want to get started on happy hooker, but have too many knitting projects going to pay attention to it.

Great yarn and great scarf. I want to know how your socks turned out. I haven't done socks, ever, and lately I have been getting inspired to try a pair. It is all about the yarn!!

Wow, I'll have to use Pink a lot more often. Maybe that's why a lot of macho guys won't wear pink . . . they're afraid of its challenging strength.

Anyways, sorry I fell off the face of the Earth for a while. I'm really glad to see that you're still blogging :)
